David Bagley

David is a seasoned operations executive with experience as the Chief Strategy Officer of a single-family office with $700M under asset management. He has provided advisory and C-Suite services focused on driving private equity portfolio companies, start-ups and publicly held companies to achieve optimum profitability.
In addition to his role with Harris NWA, David provides fractional COO services for small- to mid-size corporations across a variety of industries - insurance, food manufacturing, education, and government contracting.
An expert at building organizational culture through vulnerable leadership and continuous improvement, he applies the Scaling Up framework to drive sustainable growth by prioritizing people, strategy, execution, and cash.
David holds a MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Glasgow along with three degrees from Drexel University - BS in Biology, BA in Sociology, and a Certificate in Social Responsibility in Business. In 2012, David was named an Honorary Ambassador to the Republic of Georgia by then-President Mikhail Saakashvili for his work to advance Georgian education and culture. He lives with his wife and two children in Daytona Beach, FL.
