Founder and CEO
Ed Harris is an experienced business leader with extensive investment banking and corporate management experience. Ed began his career with the investment banking firm of Salomon Brothers in New York, where he worked on several billion dollars worth of debt, equity and merger and acquisition transactions for a range of domestic and international clients. After moving to Seattle in 1990, Ed served as CFO of three startup companies which he led to liquidity: a wireless company acquired by AT&T for $400 million; an internet company acquired by Disney for $1 billion, and an online high school purchased by the parent company of the University of Phoenix.
Ed also served as a senior member of the investment team which managed the venture capital portfolio of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. At Vulcan, Ed was responsible for investments in a wide range of communications and technology companies. Ed has served on several public company boards, including Edison Schools, acquired by private equity for $190 million and Click2Learn, which completed a merger of equals with a public competitor valued at $400 million.
Ed earned his BA in Economics from Rutgers University and his MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, graduating from both schools with academic honors. He has lived and traveled internationally and speaks two foreign languages. Ed currently lives with his family in the greater Seattle area, and as a former New Yorker enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest.

Jabarie Campbell leads Harris Northwest Advisors in sourcing new clients and assisting in ongoing client assignments. His education includes a Harvard Business School Cohort focusing on Management, Negotiations & Growth. He has a background providing professional services to Ultra High Net Worth Real Estate Investors.
Currently, he serves in a limited capacity as Vice President of Commercial Property at Cres Corp International. His primary specialty consists of Income producing property between $20mm - $100mm in portfolio value with an industry focus on Multifamily, Hospitality and Senior Living.
Jabarie also has an entrepreneurial history as a founder of Reve Industries, which focused on providing innovative biotechnology services and products to the pharmaceutical industry and government agencies. He created this company with a previous college professor.
Jabarie resides in South Florida.

Managing Director
Scott Fischer leads Harris Northwest Advisors’ Value Acceleration Practice – preparing new clients for potential business exit. He is an experienced operating executive with over 40 years of experience in technology and professional services companies serving clients across both the public and private sectors. He began his career at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) where he became an Associate Partner. Scott has participated in several company exits and an IPO, as well as buy- and sell-side transactions.
Scott earned an Accounting degree from the University of Maryland with a minor in Information Systems Management. He currently lives with his family in Bethany Beach, Delaware where he enjoys the beach, water sports and fishing.
Dan Mintz
Managing Director
Dan Mintz is an entrepreneur who has started and managed a number of successful companies during his 40-year career. During that time, he has solved problems for a wide range of businesses, from manufacturers and distributors throughout Washington State to the largest law firms in the world. Dan’s background covers a variety of specialties, including freight transportation, mortgage, SaaS software, legal services and Workers’ Compensation.
Dan is a Seattle native who enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When he’s not at work, you may find him on the ski slopes in the winter or waterskiing or wake surfing on the lakes in the summer.

Gordon Landies
Executive Advisor - Technology
Gordon Landies started his career as a financial analyst working for Beecham International in Chicago. In 1983, he joined Dynascan (Nasdaq: Cobra Radar Detectors) as Manager of Business Planning and reported to the CEO. In 1985 Gordon started a business software company, Design Software, and sold it to The Software Toolworks in Northridgen CA in 1989 (Nasdaq TWRX). The Software Toolworks bought a leading gaming company, Mindscape, in 1991. He was promoted to Executive VP of Sales in 1994 when Mindscape was sold to Pearson PLC for $462 million. Mindscape was sold in 1998 to The Learning Company and Gordon was Senior VP of Sales under its President, Kevin O’Leary. The Learning Company was sold in 1999 to Mattel for $3.2 billion and he was named General Manager of the Home and Game division. Gordon joined the Board of Directors of E-Universe (Myspace) in 1998 which was sold to NewsCorp for $580 million in 2006. In 2001, Gordon was named President of IMSI, a Nasdaq business software company. Over the next six years he started Housplans.com, bought four companies and sold two as part of a turnaround and growth plan for IMSI.
Gordon has participated in, bought and sold over 20 technology companies in his career. Most recently, he sold a HR Tech SaaS company that he was a principal owner of. Gordon has been an advisor, investor and board member with VC firms, software and SaaS companies since 2006.
Gordon received his undergraduate in Economics with honors from Elmhurst College. In 1983, he graduated from Northern Illinois University with an MBA. Gordon and his family live in Marin County, CA.
Craig Callé
Senior Advisor
Craig Callé draws on experience as an investment banker, finance executive, and technology leader in his advisory role at Harris NWA.
He began his career as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers in New York, where he completed numerous transactions for Fortune 500 and emerging companies. He was a senior member of the Industrial and Paper, Packaging & Forest Products groups.
Thereafter, he was SVP-Finance and Treasurer at Crown Cork & Seal, and helped transform the company into the global consumer packaging industry leader.
He was the CFO at Amazon.com responsible for Digital Media, including Kindle and Audible.com, and the North American Books e-commerce businesses. He was divisional CFO and Treasurer at Gateway, helping to lead the turnaround and sale of the company to Acer. He also has served as CFO at PE-backed companies in the broadband wireless, logistics and document management industries.
He subsequently joined SHI International, one of the ten largest global IT solutions providers, as chief strategy officer, and gained additional responsibility for partner management, services, and the IT Asset Management group.
Since 2015, he has been CEO of Source Callé LLC, a consulting firm focused on data security, privacy compliance and value creation.
He holds BA and BS Economics degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University. He and his wife live in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia.
Pete Papano
Senior Advisor
Peter Papano is a seasoned financial executive with experience as the Chief Financial Officer of five companies in public and private markets. He led finance and operational teams, and completed many acquisitions and two liquidity events.
In addition to his role with Harris NWA, Peter is an independent consultant providing strategic CFO services to a diverse mix of clients in technology, health care, services and not-for-profit endeavors.
Peter has BS and MBA degrees from the University of Colorado and is a CPA (inactive). He has served on the boards of not for profits, professional finance organizations and on a joint venture in Japan. Peter currently resides in San Diego.
Howard J. Stern
Senior Advisor, Healthcare
With over 30 years of experience in Dermatology Pharma and other healthcare marketing roles prior to joining Harris Northwest Advisors, Howard built an extensive network of relationships within the industry. He is particularly known for building collaborative relationships with doctors who are key opinion leaders (KOLs) in their fields and skilled in moderating high-profile commercial advisory boards.
In his most recent role as Director of Professional Relations at Ortho Dermatologics, Howard successfully led initiatives that developed relationships with leading doctors and strengthened professional engagement and education between the company and practitioners. Prior to this, he served as Client Services Director with CPE Communications, where he worked with Commercial and Medical Affairs clients and KOLs in Dermatology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas to drive professional education strategy and tactics. Howard holds a Master of Arts in Audiology from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Rowan University. In his spare time he enjoys camping and the outdoors.
